A third of a century

I am  33 year old , my name is Rosario Vescio until the age of 28 I studied, attending primary school, high school and university, then I left this path and dedicated  to art. I dedicate 5-6 hours a day at art, during i'm drawing, painting, designing, looking for new materials to create art  . Other hours of my daily time  I dedicate  to doing sports, such as running or light weight lifting, both to feel health and because I'm in contact with nature and with myself. This is my first  website. Below you will find the original images I used like referall to create the paintings, as well as a brief description. If you have any other questions or you want other information let me know. Have fun time

About the painting ''Sacredness of buddhahood''

The painting measures 50*60cm x 1.7cm in acrylic. I made it this month, July 2024, and it took me about a month to finish. The main image represents a figure in meditation, the background and everything around it are in dark shades, associating it with the unknown and thus highlighting the meditative state, a superficially hidden state. The intertwining of the environment with the figure represents the connection, the penetration of nature with the Buddha...[...]. The image was taken from the Internet but the color and background were changed. It is not a realistic painting as you may have noticed, but an imaginary one. I love the Buddha and all similar images that refer to him or the state of meditation, which is why he ''appears'' in many of my paintings. I enjoyed doing it and applied changes never made in other paintings. I think you'll like it too.

The photo i take with phone  is quite bad than the real painting.

The painting is very beautiful it  stay very well in a night room atmosphere,

About the painting 'Quiet of waterfall''

The painting is  30*40*1,4 cm. in acrylic.  i have started to painting it in summer 2023, the final painting touches was been few day ago . Overall, this is the painting I spent the most hours on, compared to other paintings of the same size. I can't really estimate the time or hours because it was several sessions and after the first 15-20 days of June there were many more sessions in the following months. One reason is because it is one of the first acrylic paintings and the second reason is because I tried to create it very carefully., third reason is that the firsts painting i leave them not complete so i have completed and changed after i have a little more of experience. I am quite satisfied with the result and the resemblance to the original photo.

it stay well in a study room, or near plants.

About the painting ''Sunshine on Buddha''

The painting measures 30*20*1.4 cm. in acrylic.  It is one of the first paintings and I started painting it in May 2023. It took me relatively long enough because a year ago I had very little painting experience, maybe less than a month, counting all subsequent sessions.I love this painting even though the canvas is really small.

Good painting for lovers of buddha, in room of meditation, tea room, coffè room , relaxation room, abstract room.

It was not made to be sold, but if you wants it, it can be bought.

About the painting ''Roar Leopard's''.

The painting is on canvas 60*80 cm * 1.7 cm, it is the largest of all. It took a month to be drawn on canvas (from jAugust 2023) and colored with acrylics until January 2024, after this month I continued with other paintings but I still retouched ''Roar  Leopard's'' during the painting sessions. The reference image was taken on the internet,
I was looking for a black leopard but arrived at this photo, probably captured during a documentary, I liked it so much that I wanted to paint it. It gives you a glimpse of the beauty of wild nature, the vitality, innocence and alertness of a leopard gone on a fallen tree, standing still to showing its teeth to warn the observer.

I put a lot of attention to reproducing it as best as possible. I hope you like it.
Under the reference image

the painting is quite big,  it looks good in large rooms.

Satsang

this photo is taken from facebook, for me it represents the association with sat. For those who do not know the figure, you can search Ramana Maharshi on the internet. I have started to draw in August and not finished yet, its creation has helped me a lot to progress in the knowledge of color and shades, in fact during the process I come across my limits in recreating the figure, in my ignorance of colors that does not allow me to recreate the color most similar or equal to the original, somehow I manage to overcome these limits by trying and trying again, it is therefore a big test of experience and work and therefore also of satisfaction for the improvements that occur. The painting is 68 cm x 76 cm in acrylic.

the painting is for the lovers of ramana, probably stay well in a little big room rather than a little room

About 'A sweet night where time slows down.'

This painting was born from my love of japanese and chinese culture , i like his story and i find them romantic and mysterious too ,sometimes in my life i have watched and watch film romantic and of war about that amazing people and place  ; the idea of this little  painting  come from all that i have know and seen about them, it tells  of a warrior who after many years returns to his village, he cannot stay long in the same place so he has only a little time and goes to visit his beloved from when he was young, he does not know what he will find, now she is a gesha, she does not refuse his visit and prepares some tea, outside the moonlight illuminates the night and calms the spirits, inside the steam, the smell of tea and the soft-lights of the candles give beauty to that moment.

It's an acrylic painting 30*40 cm, i do a sketch before painting, after i find some image that i like on internet to take detail to create the figure and the inside of the house, so the same with the outside .  Probably i have wrong some perspective of the light and shadow because the entire was without reference, but i like very much how it come, and enjoyed to create. I wish you like too.

The colours used are red scarlet, titanium white, ultramarine blue, primary yellowe, black mars. At the end i putted isolation coat and Uv varnish. At the moment is without a frame.

it took about 16 days , 70 hours to complete.

the painting stay more good in a romantic room, in a room wake in night, than in a room with high light of the sun, because the colours of the painting are enough dark, and the image rappresented is in night..

No reference =) i watch many figure all around the web, and website like nightcafè.

About  'Avenue of Giants''

reference by  John Towner

I recently discovered this type of support (panel of wood) and I find it much better to paint the details...
I fell in love with the photo as soon as I saw it on unsplash, so I decided to transfer it by modifying it a bit from the original, giving it more light... even though I wanted to make it identical to the original, during the modifications on the mobile phone I noticed that with more light it seemed better. The painting is more beautiful than it seems in the photo, the only flaw is that it is not on canvas and therefore more difficult to hang and with a greater risk of possible breakage. To finish the painting it took about 15 days , probably 50 hours. The colours used are Titanium white, primary yellow, ultramarine blue, red scarlet ,black mars. Added isolation coat and uv Varnish at the end. It is without a frame . If you are interested or want others information contact me.

Abou 'Ridgway, Colorado, United States'

this photo was taken on unsplash....These bright colors struck me, and the landscape gives a feeling of spaciousness. I painted it on a wooden panel, and I really enjoyed the details, I learned a lot during the process, the painting took 1 month to complete. You can see the video of all the hours spent enclosed in a few minutes on Youtube.

The colours used are Titanium white, primary yellow, black mars, red scarlett and blue ultramarine. I putted isiolation coat and Uv varnish at the end. This painting is without a frame.

The painting is for who loves landscape, who likes the vibrant natural colored rappresented on a wall.

The prize of painting

The price of each painting is different, even if some are of the same size. Each painting took me the minimum amount of 120 hours to complete (20 days min),the accuracy and the time spent are different, It is therefore the result of  many factors. Others the price are low, because was done in less than 1 week or 10 day.

Thank you for understanding.
